BOB FULADI, PharmD., MBA
Bob Fuladi, is the Chief Executive Officer of Branic Enterprises LLC, a privately held company involved with design, testing, and development of new over the counter pharmaceutical products, and continues in his role as a pharmaceutical consultant. A leader with over 29 years of experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry focusing on patient care and well-being, as well as strategic development and commercialization of pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical products and services. Bob is a passionate and caring clinician dedicated to helping people live healthier, more productive lives without functional limitations or restrictions secondary to age related chronic conditions, minor trauma from physical activity, and environmental factors impeding human health and wellness.
Dr. Fuladi, received his Pharm.D. and MBA degrees from the University of Kansas, and has served on a number of for and non-profit boards.
BRIAN McCLINTOCK, MBA
Brian McClintock, is the Chief Financial Officer of Branic Enterprises LLC, operating as LyfePak. A seasoned executive, Brian has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology industries. Mr. McClintock, is recognized as a result oriented global executive experienced in driving financial performance through the application of meaningful performance matrices and established deliverables. Brian, exhibits a progressive career built on broad operational experience. A systems thinker with a deep project management background in start-up, turnaround, expansion, and consolidation business situations.
Mr. McClintock, holds a B.A. in Business Management from Lynchburg College, and a Masters of Business Administration, specializing in Finance, from La Salle University. Brian, was honored by the Philadelphia Business Journal as the 2011 CFO of the Year for small businesses.
Cynthia Mayor McClintock

Cynthia M. McClintock, is the Director of Marketing and Communications for Branic Enterprises LLC. She brings over 30 years of combined experience in sales and marketing and has worked with industry leaders in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry focusing on strategic product sales, marketing, and development. Prior to her role at Branic LLC, Cynthia worked as a product marketing account executive for Quantum Healthcare working with clients such as Ortho McNeil and Johnson & Johnson. Prior to joining Branic, Cynthia worked as the project and special events/marketing coordinator at Laguna Blanca School in Santa Barbara, CA.
